This website belongs to Salam Juice & Mutbaq, 850 S Greenville Ave #100, Richardson, TX 75081. If you have a question about this policy, email us at Salamtx@gmail.com or call (214) 272-7300.
You can browse the site without an account. If you place a pickup order, we ask for your name and phone number, and if you like, your email address and notes about the order. We use them only to prepare your order and to contact you about it. We never take payment details on this website: you pay at the counter.
An order you haven’t placed yet is saved in your own browser (local storage), so it’s still there if you reload the page. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and the pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
We may use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how people find and use the site, and to measure whether our ads work, for example when someone places a pickup order (we send the order number and total, not your name or contact details) or taps DoorDash, our phone number or “Get directions”. These services use cookies or similar technology and collect information such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. Google’s use of this information is covered by Google’s partner sites policy. You can turn off personalized ads in your Google ad settings and block cookies in your browser.
Pickup orders placed on this website are stored in Google Firebase, where only our staff can see them, and emailed to our restaurant inbox through FormSubmit. If you give your email address, FormSubmit also sends you a confirmation. We keep order details so we can answer questions about an order; we don’t sell them or use them for marketing. To have your order details deleted, email Salamtx@gmail.com.
Delivery orders are placed on DoorDash, under DoorDash’s own terms and privacy policy. Maps open in Google Maps, and the map on our Visit page loads from Google only when you choose to show it. Our menu is loaded from Google Firebase; that request doesn’t include any personal information.
This website isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
If we change how the site handles information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
